This is an onsite LPN position based at our Anderson clinic location. You will work within a dedicated outpatient clinic setting, reporting to the Associate Operations Director and under the management of the Center Administrator. We offer the opportunity to support a care team and patient population in a single clinic environment.

As an LPN, you will:

+ Support providers in delivering comprehensive primary care services
+ Help with patient intake, vitals, and documentation
+ Administer medications and treatments
+ Coordinate care and support patient follow-up activities
+ Contribute to a team-based, value-driven care environment
