LPN Staff Educator

Under direction, the LPN Staff Educator provides instruction to the hospital staff, including health care providers and nonclinical employees. The LPN Staff Educator is responsible for assisting the RN Staff Developers with enacting training programs for organizational staff, that align with the organization's mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Engages in hospital-wide educational programs and training activities to help the hospital develop and maintain a competent staff, enhance the quality of care, and implement and achieve its mission, goals, and objectives.

• Assists with the coordination of education functions and services to meet the organization's current and future needs for efficiency and effectiveness.
