- AM: +$2.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday)
- PM: +$5.00/hr (Mon-Fri) | +$7.00/hr (Sat-Sun)
- NOC: +$4.00/hr (Mon-Fri) | +$6.00/hr (Sat-Sun)
