Registered Nurse-Clinical Research
Schedule: Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) + every other weekend
+ 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM start
+ 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM start
+ 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM start
+ Schedules are finalized 2–3 weeks in advance
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct study unit activities in support of Phase 1 clinical trials
+ Ensure the safety, rights, and well-being of all study participants
+ Facilitate and continuously support the Informed Consent (ICF) process, providing clear education on study procedures
+ Enroll participants into clinical trials and guide them throughout the study
+ Perform clinical assessments to monitor participant health and identify adverse events
+ Accurately document adverse events and escalate appropriately
+ Perform study-related procedures, including:
+ Cannulation
+ Venipuncture
+ Vita...
