Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center! Great staff ratios - supportive management team - 4-star staffing! You will earn: up to $41.40 per hour on 2nd shift!
Starting wage for LPN: $29.15 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification!). Plus $4-5 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts! PLUS $10,000 sign on bonus with expedited payout at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months! $3.40 per hour hero - hazard pay. Yearly wage increase.
