Patient Care: Contribute to the nursing process by planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes under RN supervision.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments prescribed by authorized providers.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary teams.
Patient Support: Establish rapport with patients and families; provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient care records.
