Key Responsibilities
+ Support the nursing process by assisting with patient care planning, interventions, and outcome evaluations under RN supervision
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
+ Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
+ Provide emotional, psychological, and educational support to patients and their families
+ Ensure compliance with infection control standards, medication protocols, and safety regulations
