Job Title: LPN Psych

Location: Middleton, WI

Shift: Days/Nights

Pay Rate: $42/hr

Weekly Gross: $1,659

About the Hospital:

• 72 beds
• 3-4 units open at any time
• Combination of adult and adolescent patients, must float as needed
• Freestanding psych facility- no security
• Codes are responded to by staff
• De-escalations and restraints are handled by staff if necessary.

• Requires 3 years of current psych hospital experience.
• CPI Preferred- if not, will do onsite.
• Orientation is 2 classroom days, 2 floor days if CPI certified
• If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days
• 1:20 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have MT help, but not always.<...
