Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Rehab setting. Flexible shifts are available, and the position operates under the supervision of an RN or in collaboration with a team of RNs. Facility management and support roles include MDS, DON, and other management staff. No ventilator or tracheostomy care is required, and the facility uses the American Data ECS charting system.
