Nursing Services For Facility Based Crisis Centers

Provides nursing services to the Facility Based Crisis centers. Duty or Responsibility Provide medication administration or delegation of this task to a UAP (CMA, RMA, medication aide, med tech), physical health assessment/screening, communicates with MD/NP/PA for orders, obtains samples, may provide individual, group and family education related to medications or physical health processes and subsequent paperwork. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities, including documentation in the EHR. Maintain patient confidence and protects medical office/unit operations by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches. Provide crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team All other duties as assigned by supervisor
