Positions requirements and benefits

Travel required to support multiple locations within 150-mile radius of permanent address. Mileage reimbursement provided for required travel.

Premium Pay Rates: $5/hour premium on all hours worked. $1.25/hour weekend shift differential. $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Experience Requirements: 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
