                Job Description  
Title: LPN 
Location: Lewiston, ME 
Shift: Days 3x12 (7a-7p) 
Duration: 13 weeks of contract 
Responsibilities: 
 Associates in Nursing or Graduate of Maine State Board approved LPN course  
 Need valid State of Maine or compact Licensed Practical Nurse license  
 1-3 years previous RN / LPN experience preferred  
 Medical terminology preferred  
 Strong teamwork and communication skills required.  
 The ability to work well within a team of other care providers  
 Flexibility required to coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days per week
