LPN

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Degree:  Certificate.
• Education:  Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by the Commission on Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA)
• Experience:  Possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the last three (3) years. Possess a minimum of one (1) year (two (2) years preferred) of experience in primary care or pediatric immunizations within the last three (3) years.
• Licensure:  Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse.

• Initiate, perform and complete assigned duties in providing care to variable patient populations.
