Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation unit. This position involves providing care and support to patients recovering from severe injuries and illnesses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to rehabilitation, quality patient care, and a collaborative approach to team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and rehabilitation staff.
• Assist with daily activities, patient assessments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement customized rehabilitation programs.
• Support patients through their recovery journey, ensuring comfort and safety.
