Role: 
Under RN supervision, the LPN is responsible for providing nursing interventions and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life to the patient/family unit.Qualifications:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
IV certification required at time of hire beginning November 10, 2024. Employees in this job prior to November 10, 2024 will be required to obtain certification by June 10, 2025.
