- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and report changes to the RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Active LPN License required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
