Licensed Practical Nurse

Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures. The LPN functions as a partner to the Registered Nurse with the goal of providing quality patient care. The LPN responsibilities include collecting data, implementing and evaluating nursing care. On-call response time within one hour required. Education: High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) is preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid unrestricted LPN license for the State of Ohio. Current BLS required. Experience: One to three years experience specific to physician office practice or Health System preferred. Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to exhibit patience and tact with all constituents including physicians, patients and associates.
