Job Description

                JOB DESCRIPTION Salary: LPN: $43 - $45 / per hour RN: $33 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The LPN or RN demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
Current Need: Weekends
Scheduling: Every Weekend OR Every Other Weekend. 9am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm.
Age Group: Pediatric (Please ask for further info regarding age range)
Patient Need: G-tube
Location: Woodbridge, Dumfries, Stafford, Fredericksburg
Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
