About The Role
The LPG Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales, improving ARPU, reducing asset losses, and managing LPG Sales Agents in their assigned area. Reporting to the LPG Regional Sales Manager, the ASM ensures operational execution is efficient by working closely with the operations team.
What you would be expected to do:
Team Management: Recruit, train, and retain LPG Sales Agents.Coach agents to meet sales targets, manage consumption (ARPU), and deliver excellent customer service.
Operational Coordination:
Work with the operations team to ensure installations, exchanges, and other services are completed within 24 hours.
Monitor RAs/ICs to ensure they perform their duties as expected.
