• Loyalty Program Management: Manage and oversee end-to-end loyalty and rewards programs; ensure smooth execution of loyalty campaigns, point systems, rewards redemption, and member benefits; monitor program performance and ensure accuracy of customer rewards and transactions; coordinate with marketing and product teams to launch new loyalty initiatives.
