Loyalty & Future Cruise Manager

As a Loyalty & Future Cruise Manager, you will be responsible for proactively driving sales of future cruises through promoting our destinations, Science & Education Program, environmental initiatives as well as our loyalty program to our guests. Your role will be to participate in onboard events and activities to support the wider hotel operation team to ensure active engagement with our guests.

- Drive future sales of cruises by promoting our destinations, product, loyalty program, cabin upgrades, and excursions to guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations to drive sales revenue
- Collect and analyse data on sales performance, guest feedback, and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
