You will be working with operations team, reporting directly to Lower Line Leader.
What You Will Do
This program aims to develop young talents to be our future Shift manager. Selected talents will get a chance to join extensive training, expand their knowledge in real life business operations while getting coached and mentored by our professional team. Sample of duties/responsibilities are as follow.
Coordinate and follow up the task list from both WH&SP and Cold End Department.
Work with shift manager on safety, quality and performance improvement.
Maintain process stability and reliability. - Improve and support standardized work.
PBM role model by connecting the shop floor with company values.
