The Loss Mitigation Paralegal (remote) plays a critical role in PROVE’s Servicing Department, investigating high‑risk cases and safeguarding PROVE’s lien and recovery rights. The role focuses on two core areas: (1) identifying and resolving No Longer Represented (NLR) cases, and (2) recovering misdirected settlement funds (Third‑Party Payments or 3PP). The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, legal acumen, and persistent follow‑through to ensure repayment pathways remain intact and PROVE’s financial interests are protected.
