Job Description

                Title: Licensed Practical Nurse 
Location: Meeker, CO 81641 
Term: Contract: 13 weeks 
Shift: 12 hour days& nights  shifts available  
Pay rate: $1620/ weekly gross on based up to 36 hours  
Requirements:  
State LPN license. 
BLS/CPR required. 
Must be Vaccinated 
 Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred . 
Responsibilities:  Monitor patients throughout their treatment. 
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs. 
Ensure that patients take their medication. 
Assist doctors and registered nurses. 
Liaise with patients' families.
