                Job Details: 
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse  
Location:  Newburgh, IN 47630  
Contract : 13 weeks   
Shift : 8hrs shift available (Every Other weekend is Required)   
 
Qualifications: 
 Licensure/Certification/Registration:  
• Licensed LPN  
• AHA BLS certified  
 Experience/ Skills:   
• Min 1 -2 year of LPN in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred
