Looking for a Business Development Executive
MORS is a fast-growing FinTech, challenging the established players in Treasury and Asset Liability Management (ALM) systems for banks. We’re around 30 people, employee-owned, and expanding across Europe, which means the person in this role will have real impact, real visibility, and a genuine stake in what we’re building.
The Role
This is a full-cycle commercial role, you’ll own the entire client relationship from first conversation to long-term success. You’ll be selling into banks across an agreed European territory, managing complex enterprise deals, and ensuring the clients you win get maximum value from the MORS platform.
In this market, new business and customer success go hand in hand. A bank that succeeds with MORS becomes a reference, an upsell opportunity, and a door-opener to the next deal. You’ll understand this instinctively.
