What you’ll be doing:

• Providing support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping students build life skills, confidence, and communication
• Supporting young people with autism and complex needs
• Working closely with a supportive and experienced SEN team

• Have a willingness to learn new skills
• Have experience with young people in any setting (formal or informal)
