Procon Mining and Tunnelling is hiring Long Hole Drillers for a remote project in Northern BC. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency in a 3-weeks-on, 3-weeks-off schedule.
As a Long Hole Driller, you will have a minimum of five years underground mining experience. Your responsibilities will include drilling with precision, adhering to strict health and safety standards, and maintaining high operational integrity. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are required to document drilling operations accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drill safely following BC Mines Act regulations
• Maintain operational standards in the work area
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Document shift reports on meters drilled
• Assist with other mining-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in underground mining
