Logistics & Warehouse Officer

Job Description



Documentation & Data Entry: Scan, file, and organize logistics paperwork, including Delivery Receipts and Supplier Invoices. Accurately log and update all warehouse and logistics transactions within Lark.



Inventory Control & Audit Compliance: Conduct regular stock checks and inventories for materials, tools, and equipment. Implement strict warehouse inventory controls to maintain high-quality standards for incoming audits.



Order Procurement & Liquidation: Manage the internal dissemination of Purchase Orders paired with invoices to serve as procurement, liquidation, and payment references. Raise Purchase Requests for fast-moving warehouse stock when inventory runs low.



Dispatch & Delivery Preparation: Verify item availability against inventory data, prepare items for dispatch, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and tagging of materials. Cross-reference final deliverable counts against shipping documents.
