Job Title: Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Department: Supply Chain

Reports To: Planning Manager
Job Purpose

To support daily logistics and warehouse operations by managing receiving, inventory, material movement, and regulatory compliance (MITI, MPOB), ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage all incoming materials (internal and external) and verify documentation.

·Handle MITI registration and manage MPOB-SIMS receiving processes.

·Organize warehouse activities and ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping.

·Coordinate raw material movement to production with planner

·Plan and coordinate loading and unloading activities in the warehouse

·Conduct weekly stock checks and report discrepancies.
