Logistics Transportation Specialist

**Overview**

Bowhead seeks a Part-Time Logistics Transportation Specialist to support the Architect of the Capitol’s (AOC) Emergency Management program. Duties for this position will be performed on-site on Capitol Hill campus grounds in Washington, D.C. and be scheduled to work as early as 6:00 am or as late as 6:00 pm. This position requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). H (Hazardous Materials) and P (Passenger) endorsements are a plus.







**Responsibilities**

• Provides a full range of logistical and supply chain management support across the Capitol Complex on behalf of the Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO).
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Inventory Manager and engage with clients on Capitol Hill and throughout the National Capitol Region for the sourcing and delivery of supplies.
• Monitor equipment and supply levels at all warehouses, reporting to supervisors for re-ordering or to schedule servicing.
