Logistics System Testing Supervisor

Position Overview

As a logistic system testing supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Logistics System Test Officers to conduct on-site testing of inventory and stock inbound/outbound processes in automated warehousing environments, ensuring all activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in line with the established test plan.

Key Responsibilities

Test Plan & Operations Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of test plans for inventory and stock inbound/outbound processes.
• Identify and escalate any operational or functional issues observed during testing.
• Document all identified issues clearly, accurately, and in the prescribed format; without guessing, concealing, or attempting to resolve issues independently.
• Provide timely and transparent reports of testing results to the client's team in Japan.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to clarify and resolve testing results.
