Role OverviewWe are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of associates. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity metrics are met. The supervisor will also lead process improvement projects and participate in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of approximately 25-30 direct reports, holding them accountable to standards.
Oversee logistics activities including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, planning, order processing, and customer service.
A leader who demonstrates strong independent judgment and can confidently make decisions without requiring input or consensus from other leaders on the team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations.
