Summary
 /Objective:Responsible for management, leadership, and development of traffic associates. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the department. Understand and apply company DNA with regards to customer service and associates. Develop and maintain a spirit of teamwork and empowerment among associates. EssentialFunctions/ Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing daily Traffic requirements. 
Responsible for providing positive leadership to associates in the Traffic department. 
Responsible for achieving metric goals. 
Responsible for initiating corrective action and continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and quality within the department. 
Responsible for establishing associate goals and completing associate evaluations. This includes regular feedback to associates on their performance. 
Initiate and coordinate training for new associates with the training department.
