Logistics & Regatta Shore Support – 30m Performance SY

A 30m performance sailing yacht is seeking a logistics and regatta shore support team member to join from mid-August, initially for the final two regattas of the season, with the potential for a longer-term role.

The successful candidate will have a two-week handover before taking over all of the logistics for the final part of the season. Following the season, there is the option of taking the winter off and returning in the spring, or remaining with the program in a more permanent capacity assisting with winter projects and preparations.

This is a varied, shore-based role supporting both the yacht and regatta team. Responsibilities include coordinating berth bookings, regatta logistics, container movements, flights, restaurant and villa bookings, assisting the villa chef, ensuring the villa is fully set up during events, ...
