Logistics Planner Assistant

About the Role
The Logistics Planner Assistant supports the Logistics Planner in daily route planning, load consolidation, system data entry, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, looking to grow in transport logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Route Design base on forecasting / existing orders.
• Liaise with customer to ensure proper planning.
• Responsible for outbound transportation process (Schedules, on-time departure, management trip to driver).
• Analyze route planning, ensure proper matching, and resolve any routing issues.
• Keep proper records of all completed delivery orders and deliveries documents for tracking and auditing purpose.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
