About The Role

Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join our team in Coalville on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for safely parking, moving and retrieving vehicles across our Coalville vehicle refurbishment site. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will help maintain a clean, organised site, ensuring space and capacity are maximised while prioritising workloads in line with business needs. Working as part of a team, you’ll play a key role in the movement of around 1,000 vehicles each day. This role will be working 45‑hours per week with a 9‑hour shift between 06:30 and 18:00. Due to the nature of this role we require you on‑site 5‑days per week at our Coalville site.
