Fretlog is looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to join our team in Pune.

If you have experience in logistics operations and are passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining strong coordination across operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete end to end operation and coordination for Ocean Export & Ocean Import files.
• JOB creation, updating, cost sheet preparation in FRETRACK.
• Co-ordination with Transporter, CHA, Overseas Agent, Co-Loader, Shipping line and customer.
• Planning and execution of export & import containers by arranging on time DO, transport, clearance, pre and post shipment documents.
• Co-ordination with accounts for Shipping line, CFS or any vendor payments.
• Excellent knowledge on export & import inco terms...
