Logistics Manager

Our client is a European based food company with plants in the US. Due to growth, seeking a Logistics Manager to join the Supply Chain Department. Primary duties include:

+ **Oversee end-to-end logistics operations** across multiple locations, including inbound/outbound shipments, frozen product distribution, routing optimization, and issue resolution.
+ **Manage international imports** from Europe to the U.S., ensuring smooth coordination with partners, customs compliance, and efficient integration into the supply chain.
+ **Lead carrier and 3PL relationships** , negotiating rates, setting performance standards (KPIs/SLAs), and resolving service issues.
+ **Drive cross-functional coordination and cost control** , aligning logistics with production and demand while analyzing data to reduce freight spend and improve performance.
