+ **Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month**
+ **Annual Salary Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year based on experience**
+ **Annual Bonus Incentive: Up to 10% or more of salary per year**
+ **Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am – 2:30pm**
+ **Flexibility needed to work additional days/hours as needed to meet business demands**
+ **Final Mile management experience is preferred**
+ **P&L financial management experience preferred**
+ **Prior success in training, coaching, developing employees is preferred**
