Job Description

Job Summary
We are hiring a Logistics Manager to take full ownership of freight operations for a growing manufacturing company in the Elkhart area.
This role is logistics-heavy (primary focus)—managing inbound/outbound freight, working with brokers/3PLs, and driving cost savings and efficiency.

In addition, this position will support sales and operations, including assisting with customer quotes, pricing, and customer follow-up.

If you come from a freight brokerage, 3PL, or manufacturing logistics background, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-visibility role with direct impact on operations and profitability.

Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound freight (flatbed + standard shipments)

Work directly with freight brokers, carriers, and 3PL partners

Negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
