- Plan and monitor import operations to ensure they meet the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate and prepare export plans to ensure efficient execution.
- Manage and oversee Bill of Lading (B/L) documents for export shipments.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
- Control and verify international freight payment processes.
- Review B/L documents, loading photos, and invoice/packing list (INV/PL) for AMI shipments.
- Record logistics-related expenses in the system accurately and systematically.
- Plan and make advance bookings for container space for the upcoming month.
- Review logistics costs and evaluate payment processes to ensure effective cost control.
