Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDescription - Manage and evaluate performance of staff in the team, strengthening fluid communication and decision-making based on company KPI, as well as defining their roles and responsibility matrix.
- Supervise all import, export customs clearance purposes for raw material, fixed asset, finish goods in Mexico and USA.
- Ensure compliance with security programs (C-TPAT / OEA), certifications (Anexo24, Anexo 31, SAT, SCT, CBP, VAT IEPS) and internal policies.
- Maintain external registration for external warehouse, sub maquila - Follow up and clarify new/updated trade act in Mexico and USA relating to the company with external resources.
- Control and coordinate customs clearance (IMMEX/Domestic for Raw material/fixed asset /Finish goods) with suppliers and customers, with keeping close communication with the production and sales areas.
