Your Job
· Provide administrative support to the Logistics Supervisors for both Rayong and Nong Khae plants, including document preparation, tracking, and status follow-up.
· Maintain OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) records for export shipments.
· Monitor and cross-check shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Support departmental planning and initiatives to achieve performance targets.
· Provide operational support to Guardian Rayong and Guardian Saraburi while being based in Rayong province.
· Develop basic working knowledge of PBM
