Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, disputing and recovering logistics-related fines and chargebacks across the supply chain. This role ensures financial accuracy, reduces revenue leakage, and strengthens relationships with retail and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Dispute & Recovery Management:
  • Lead end-to-end management of logistics fines, deductions, and chargebacks issued by retailers, carriers, and distribution partners.
  • Drive high-performance collections activities, ensuring timely recovery of disputed amounts and minimizing outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and submit detailed dispute packages, including supporting documentation, corrective actions, and financial justification.
• Analysis & Compliance:
  • Investigate root causes of fines by analyzing shipment data, delivery documentation, routing guides, and compliance requirements.
