Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Update inventory records
- Purchase supplies according to approved specifications
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of suppliers
- Coordinate with outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery to outlets.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Ensure quality control following the Company’s policies and standard protocols of supply chain management
- Coordinate well with Procurement and Logistics Team
- Proven experience in related position
- Highly organized
- Attention to details
- Negotiation and Communication Skills
- Multi tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
