Job Description

  Responsibilities 

 Independently handle full set of import & export operation and shipping orders

 Ensure accuracy of ERP data input & database for management review

 Design and develop SOPs, Working instruction

 Coordinate among vendors and logistics service providers for shipment arrangement

 Prepare monthly operation analysis report to management team

 Other ad-hoc duties assigned

  Requirements 

 DSE / Form 5 or above

 Minimum 3 years relevant experiences, preferred in air freight forwarding industries

 Familiar with China import and export customs process is advantage

 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

 Self-motivated, positive and meticulous

 Proficient in MS office...
