Key Logistics Activities

Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain; ensures delivery of the right product to the right place at the right time for the right price.

Operation Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall day-to-day warehouse and mainly focus on fulfilment/outbound operations.
• Review and implement warehouse operating procedures to ensure operations performance meets KPI and financial objectives.
• Manage Factory Logistics capacity, productivity, and cost saving projects as assigned.
• Publish various management reports and KPIs for the logistics function.

Continuous Improvement

• Understand end-to-end Supply Chain processes and proactively identify gaps and develop solutions with quantified deliverables.
• Assess automation solutions use in the industry and propose the right solutions.
