Overview

ALogistics Encoderis responsible for accurately recording and maintaining data related to the movement of materials, inventory, and finished goods. They ensure that all logistics and warehouse information is up-to-date, precise, and aligned with company procedures. This role bridges operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
  • Encode delivery receipts, gate passes, warehouse slips, sales invoices, and other logistics documents into the system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Monitoring & Coordination:
  • Track shipments, deliveries, and materials movements in the warehouse or production floor.
  • Coordinate with logistics staff, warehouse personnel, and production teams to verify data.
