We are seeking a skilled Logistics / Dispatch Manager with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or chemical environments. The successful candidate will ensure smooth dispatch operations, accurate order fulfilment, customer communication, and production coordination.

Key functions:

• Dispatch planning & daily operations
• Customer communication (deliveries, delays, confirmations)
• Coordination with production to manage lead times
• Warehouse, stock, and inventory management
• Transporter management & route optimisation
• Leadership of drivers & dispatch staff
• Enforcing safety standards & quality checks

Required experience:

• 5+ years in logistics/dispatch
